Choose your desired camera, select the rental dates, and complete your booking online. You’ll receive a confirmation with shipping details, after which you need to pay the deposit. If the deposit is paid, the camera is shipped three days before your start date. If you receive it early, you are lucky. Cameras must be returned by shipping them back on the last rental day, through the proof of a tracking number.

You are responsible for handling the gear with care. We know that minor wear is normal, but large damages, loss, or theft must be reported immediately and may result in repair or replacement costs and will be withhold from the deposit. This has never happend so far and we hope it won't (we are a small shop) :)

Yes—depending on how far in advance you cancel, a refund may apply. You’ll find full cancellation terms in our Booking Terms. We always try to accommodate rescheduling when possible.
